Hippies or hippy. Van driving, weed smoking, shower-less travelers. Often have dreads and no shoes( or flip-flops).
Over use the peace sign as well.

House people 

People who are quite obviously too used to living in a private home, and tend to be noisy when at an appartment or hotel room.

*while in an appartment* Gah! Your friends are such House People! Don't they know that they're stomping on someones ceiling?

Don't put the music too loud, you can't do that in an appartment, we'll get a complaint. You're such a house person.

Beatle People 

Beatlemaniacs who believed that the members of their favorite band were clean-cut nice boys like in the film A Hard Day's Night.

The term was confirmed by the Beatles themselves in a 1965 Playboy interview, where they said it was originally used by fan magazines. They picked up the term and used it to (sometimes humorously) make sure fangirls knew how perfect they were.

John: I've cheated on my wife thousands of times.
Paul: That's not true, Beatle People!
George: Yeah, I'M the one who has been cheating on John's wife.

barracks people 

The civilians placed in charge of a barracks, or "bachelor enlisted quarters". Notorious for their far-reaching demands and authority, they are often avoided at all costs.

"The barracks people burst into my room again and told me I need to empty my trash."

He briefly pondered whether or not this kind of shit happens in North Korean internment camps before just taking it because he has no other choice.
