The kind of grills that one uses from bite size Reese's peanut butter cups. People do this by taking the foil off of the butter cups and wrapping it around all of their teeth to make it appear as if they are wearing grills.

Suburbanized hillbillies

Hillbillies that have enough money to move out of the trailer park and into the suburbs but still have in their yards 15 cars that don't work, a bath tub with a transmission in it, and a stack of mattresses 6 ft tall with kids playing on them.

I couldn't pass for 30 miles when I was driving in Kansas, due to the Hillbilly Parade in the left lane.

hillbilly heroin

Term erroneously applied to oxycontin or other pain medications which are misused by certain individuals who use bad judgement thinking they will get 'high' from a medicine by misusing it against labeling instructions and better judgement instead causing death.

Even when hillbilly heroin is taken as as directed on the label and not altered in any way, you can still have an adverse reaction to it and end up toes up in the morgue.
