Somewhat of a generic term to describe any ailment (typically gastrointestinal in nature) you may be having at the time. Often used in conjunction with "blowhole", as a combination that just sounds good together to complete the sentence.

This is the name of a dog that Jerry Seinfeld has to watch for a man he met on a airplane after he falls violently ill. The dog end up barking ALL the time and is Jerry worse night mare. He even debates on dropping the dog off at the pound. so this is what you would call a very annoying dog. Farfel.
