Farfilosis

Somewhat of a generic term to describe any ailment (typically gastrointestinal in nature) you may be having at the time. Often used in conjunction with "blowhole", as a combination that just sounds good together to complete the sentence.

Dude you don't look good..... you look like you're coming down with farfilosis.

Farfalosis

Diarrhea, Generally of the extreme nature, such that a stream of liquid feces is produced at high velocity.

I cant Go to work today, I have Farfalosis of the Blowhole.
