I Cast Fireball

In dungeons and dragons there is a 3rd level spell known as fireball, when this spell is casted it has a radius that effects all creatures in range regardless of the caster's intention. Commonly fireball is used in a small room in order to maximize damage which often leads to the caster's allies being set ablaze as well.

A single tear rolls down her cheek as she replies "I Do!"

Paper-to-cast

Paper-to-cast, often used within a film/literature context, is used to describe a quintessential portrayal of a cast as depicted by its respective characters in a book or vice-versa if 'paper' and 'cast' were interchanged.
Wow, the characters in the 'Diary of a Wimpy Kid' book and movie are paper-to-cast!

Solid Cast Net

The act of showing your dic pick to friends in hopes of one wanting to "check it out further."
I threw a Solid Cast Net out to Natalie and Steph but both giggled and joked about it for a week.
