A former US depository institution that was commonly referred to by this name within several communities in
Virginia due to its low quality client base and high overdraft fees. These policies wrecked havoc on the local Ecuadorian immigrant population who frequented the institution, bringing hardship and frustration that continue to this day.

TX will occasionally mutter the phrase under their breath when looking at the overdraft fees from their new financial institutions, for
