Acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS)
Derived from the Cockney rhyming slang phrase "Ace of Spades" = AIDS.

"Did you hear the bad news about Sarah?"
"Yeah, I heard She got dealt The Ace sharing needles in the 'dam (Amsterdam). It's horrible!"

NOTE: -'Sharing needles' refers to the act of sharing a hypodermic needle containing heroin (or a number of other recreational drugs that can be taken this way). Often the second users 'half' will contain traces of blood. This is arguably the easiest way to transmit AIDS or HIV.
