A word that is used to describe stupid or mentally slow people, that openly makes fun of people with disabilities, especially metal ones. There are a lot of words for stupid, and if you can't find another one, maybe you're the one who is stupid.
Person 1: Person 3, stop being so retarded
Person 2: Please don't say that, it's harmful to the disabled community.
Person 1: Oh, sorry, I didn't know the history behind that word, thank you so much for educating me on that, allow me to rephrase, "Person 3, you need to stop being so freaking stupid all the time!
