seen-off

When you message somebody on Facebook, and later check back to find they haven't replied, but they've seen your message. Being given the seen-off may be intentional or unintentional, but it usually feels cold and rejecting

Guy 1 messaging Guy 2:
Hey man, how's it going? we haven't talked in ages... how's college going for you?

2 days later: 'Seen 12:47 PM'

Guy 1: I'm getting the seen-off. He hates me.

Off-License

A place (in the UK) where you can purchase alcoholic beverages for consumption "off the premises". As opposed to a Pub, Inn or Bar, which holds a license to sell alcohol for consumption on the premises. Often referred to as "the off'y" Many Pubs or Inns also sell alcohol for consumption off the premises too, but charge what they would have charged if it was sold piecemeal over the bar. (Then it would be called pricey or dear.

I'm off to the off-license (or off'y) to get a bottle of Grouse, you want bitches want summut? (apply English Accent)

A slang phrase that is used to express that someone is behaving in a wild, crazy or bizarre manner. It does not necessarily imply that the person has taken the drug Percocet, rather it is just an expression used to describe such behavior.

My art teacher just gave me a "F" on the final, she's off a perc fr.
