He usually only uses words like "hot" or "sexy." He promises to you that you're the "only" girl he talks to while he's talking to 5 others. He pretends to care about you but really only cares about himself.

This term has been hijacked and is now used by women as a derogatory term towards men with many female sexual partners. This term often replaces the term “pussy boy”.
