abbrev ev

The abbreviated version of the words "abbreviate everything".

This is a movement among the younger generation, mostly with the goal of either shortening a text message, blog entry, forum comment, Facebook status, or tweet.

Some choose to "abbrev ev" because it can be quite funny if executed properly.

"I'm on a mission to ABBREV EV."

Thanksgiving Eve

This is the night before Thanksgiving and one of the biggest party nights of the year since this is the start of Thanksgiving weekend and most people are home for the holidays at this time.

The bars were packed on Thanksgiving Eve and I saw a bunch of my old friends from high school.

Friday Eve
