the kind of poop one takes when exhausted, especially from illness, where the act of pushing almost feels too much to manage if it weren't for the pain in one's gut forcing one to forge on despite the weakness and overall lack of strength; the kind of poop where if someone were to walk in on you in the act, you would be more relieved to find someone who could help you than be embarrassed.

I thought I was going to pass out from the drumpf I took while I had the flu; in an act of unfathomable kindness, my roommate helped me off the toilet and back into bed because of the weakness and exhaustion i felt from it.

I would consider a dumpy mofo to be a person who is not only a mother fucker (mofo) but also quite dumpy. HOWEVER a dumpy mofo does not have to be on welfare or techinacally fuck a mother. A dumpy mofo is someone who is quite grubby and for embellishment you add mofo at the end.

You never leave the house anymore since you get food stamps now you dumpy mofo.
