Dissarcasm

When everything from the tone of your voice to the look in your eyes indicate that you are being sarcastic, but you are in reality being genuine, either because you are embarrassed of the truth and hate the fact that its true so you pass it off as sarcasm, or because you're trying to express some kind of internal agony and angst but you know its pathetic and no one will be trying to comfort you or anything, so you mask it with a layer of sarcasm.

My friend noticed that my all of my smiles were really strained the other day, he asked me "what's up with you?"

I answered, with a painful amount of dissarcasm, "haha, you know, I've turned into a pathetic emo who wants to bawl their eyes out and slit their wrist every moment of the day- 'i'M hUrtinG inSidE' "

My friend laughed, 'dude, what's gotten into you?'

Text Dissertation

Sending multiple texts which far exceed the 160 character limit of a standard text message that often includes superfluous details; typically involves complex conversations that should take place via email or phone call.

Diane: Did you understand the point I was trying to make in my text?

Chris: You mean your last 16 texts in a row? No, Diane, because I didn't have time to read your text dissertation. Just call me.

Derp Dissertation

Any insane rambling online wall of text cited with tons of hyperlinks to web sources of dubious credibility. Quite often ending or beginning with "I have done my research!" and sometimes with idiotic attempts to make themselves sound like a credible "expert" in something.

Dear Lord! I can't believe I read this entire Derp Dissertation on "Flat Earth Theory" by this dude on Reddit! I thought it was going to be hilarious. Turns out it was just mind numbingly stupid!

Linguistic dissonance

Language, as with many forms of complex communication, is linear. Its use and context establish tone (the attitude in which the author conveys), with the logical expectation of consistent perpetuation. When one exhibits an unanticipated deviation from the aforementioned parameters, such that its register, dialect, and/or vocabulary is at a significant distance from that previously employed, its effect can best be described as being "totally fucking weird"

This is also known as being "sophisticated as hell"; however, linguistics prefer to call it "linguistic dissonance".

"In the immortal words of Ayn Rand, STFU n00b." ~ A common variation of the sort of linguistic dissonance that one becomes acquainted with when "debating" on 4chan.
