Originating in Ireland, this is highly offensive.
Being called a whore's abortion, means you are as worthless as a prostitute's aborted baby.
Which is pretty worthless. Can also be pronounced as "Hoor's abortion"

"Jesus Jimmy, no need to ride the cat, you dirty rotten whore's abortion."
Or
"You're as worthless as a whore's abortion."

Aborting the Food Baby

When one consumes a large meal, the meal expands the stomach, creating what is termed "the food baby." When one vomits they are in fact aborting their food baby, which, by default, puts bulimia awareness on the pro-life agenda.
