yardcore

a musical genre... a blend of heavy rock music, sometimes referred to as "hardcore", mixed with Jamaican riddims.

"yard" is a word commonly used in place of "Jamaica"
("Mi come from yahd (yard)")Meaning: I come from Jamaica.

So yardcore is Reggae/Dancehall (or jamaican style music) mixed with hard rock.

Made popular by the FEAR NUTTIN BAND.

Known for mixing rock and reggae, Fear Nuttin Band, has created a new style of music they call "Yardcore".

If Buju Banton and the Deftones made an album it would be Yardcore.

yardie bone

A large cock. This phrase was popularized by the Sean Paul song of the same name featuring Wayne Marshall. Yardi refers to locals, or sometimes jail-cell pals (as in "jail yard"). Double entendre here since yardie also can mean one yard long, i.e. a 36-inch monster boner.

A slang term for the penis of a jamaican man.
The implication being that a 'yardie bone' is large ('yardie' refers both to the slang term for jamaicans as well as a shortening of 'yard stick' which implies lenght) and if Sean Paul is to be believed; superior to say caucasian bone.

Eighties British slang for a gang consisting predominatly of Jamacians, or those of Jamacian descent. Usually yardies work in large groups and favour torture to anyone who says anything against them. Their downfall is their rash decisions, inability to handle the police democratically, and thier general disorganisation when compared to larger gangland groups. Yardies, though many, tend to share a distrust for anyone outside their own gang, and are often drawn into gunfights or knife battles. Charactorised by excessive jewellry, puffer-jackets, baseball caps and screeching accents.

Usually violent and easily lured into losing their monies through misadventure.

Also derrogatory refering to how they work in the yards of weathly land owners in the West Indies.
