It's a chinese-english word, "ge" means "give"; "li" means "support" or "power"; this word uses for to describe the gap between reality and the ideal. If they are the same, we can say "gelivable"; if not, wo can say "unglivable".

Urgency and Diversity

This is a concept that can be applied in business and in life to overcome adversity and create solutions. Whenever your organization (or yourself) becomes complacent or things are slowing down, you add in urgency and diversity. Diversity in this concept means to change what you are doing or add 'diverse' things to your schedule. Urgency simply means to do and carry out these things with passion, haste, or importance.
