twinkin' 

The act of staring at a person or staring into space. Your chin must be down with your mouth open, your head slightly titled, and your eyes wide. This term can also apply to one who wears clothing that is too small and their fat hangs out.

Betty: "Susan, stop twinkin'"
Susan: "What are you TALKING about?"
Betty: "He already had his thanksgiving dinner. He doesn't want to see your rolls."
