Like schrodinger's douchbag, but for video games. A person who plays a game seriously, but decides if they were "trying" or not depending on the outcome of the game.

"Alright I'm going to start trying now"
*person loses the match*
"I wasn't trying at all."
"Yeah sure, you're a schrodinger's tryhard, just another sore loser."

A time in a student's high school career during their 11th grade year in which the individual participates in "tryhard" activities. These include, but are not limited to: working extra hard for a board/ officer position; kissing up to teachers for rec letters; and overall being tryhard in classes.
