fashion oxymoron

when someone wears clothing in a way that, by definition, doesn't go together

I saw this guy walking across the quad and he was sagging his skinny jeans.

How can you sag skinny jeans? That's a fashion oxymoron.

oxymoron

A contradiction in terms. Contrary to what some people will tell you, from Limerick to Florida, it does NOT mean a stupid ox. Derived instead from the Greek words oxy (sharp) and moros (dull).
