Word used as a wild card: if you don't know someone's name (as in what's-your-face) , if you don't know what the 'thing' is called, but also doing 'some' sexual act.

- Hey Thingywingy! How are you?
- I'm looking for that small metal thingywingy.
- Have you been doing the thingywingy with her?
