Therapathetic

The quality of guilty, half-assed inability to curtail psychotherapeutic treatment sessions, in part due to one’s concern that one’s therapist really needs the money from one’s weekly sessions. Therapathetic-ness is often exhibited in last minute phone cancellations of appointments, and further exacerbated when one’s therapist attempts to reschedule.
Jennifer was so therapathetic that she didn't have the balls to tell her psychotherapist her services were no longer needed.
