(verb)To forcibly remove someone's geitalia/reproductive capabilities by way of a sharpened gardening spade.

Generallly done as an act of revenge, or to procure federal grants for preventing the procreation of stupidity (aka keeping dumbasses from having kids)

P.S. The Arabians invented spading (see hildago), which explains why Bin Laden is such a F'ed up "man". Spader got a grant for that one.
