A skroingle baby (noun.) is formally used to describe the most evil a person can be. Skroingle babies use all their free time to plot revenge on enemies, people who have offended them. One day, all skroingle babies will take over the world. Skroingle babies are born evil, many spend their free time in octopus costumes at strip clubs. If you are not sure if they are a Skroingle baby or not, look for how they interact, Skroingle babies tend to use phrases like “what up dawg” unironically.
