A gay male who enjoys illegal drugs such as marijuana and LSD. Many shlangos are known to be hackers and also has a strange reputation for climbing the occasional telephone pole.

My friend on the baseball team is quite the shlango. He was smoking a doobie while climbing his telephone pole.

A wang splang is when a male genitelia region (in other words a penis) is taken by the index finger from the bottem and pulled up words. The index finger owner then shouts out "WANG SPLANG" and leaves the room incospiculesly.

Hoop shlang, originated somewhere up in canada, in saskatoon, first starting out as another way of greeting friends, and/or seeing if they are paying attention, by shouting "HOOP" and waiting for the responce of "SHLANG". legend says it was started by a man named Joe.

Joe is walking towards a groupe of his friends "HOOP!?" with an imidiate responce of the groupe "SHLANG!!"
