The Sheepslayer

a person who slays sheep using spoons by striking 3 times in the center of the forehead. His nemesis is a breed of beats known as yetis. the reason for this rivalry, which oftne leads to large scale battles, is that the yeti eats and destroys the bodies of sheep and shepherds as well as passerby who are wearing excessive wool. the sheepslayer fights and defeats yetis using his spoons so as to protect innocents and so that he can get to sheep first and use the wool, meat, and bones of the sheep as opposed to simply mangling the body. The sheepslayer is a man of legend who is rarely seen or recognized but is very much alive and at work.

"I found a spoon broken in 2 in the yard." "sounds like the sheepslayer confronted a yeti last night."

i've never actually met The sheepslayer.

ostrich-sheeple-lemmings

Ostrich-sheeple-lemmings are humans who figuratively bury their heads in the sand so they don't see, act like a herd of sheep, then herd themselves over a cliff like lemmings.

Jane called John an example of ostrich-sheeple-lemmings for refusing to face reality.

Sheeple

People with no ability to make their own choices. Essentially a conformist. Also known as lemmings, followers, drones, or simply sheep. Singular form is "ewe".

Person A: Why are we headed this way? I thought we were gonna hit the Apple Store.

Person B: I decided we should skip it; it's gonna be crowded with Apple sheeple. Steve Jobs just released some new gadget marginally more useful than the last.

The hoi polloi. Those who follow triends blindly. Portmanteau of "sheep" and "people", derived as sheep follow their flock and shepherd seemingly mindlessly.

The sheeple cheered as Britney Spears' replacement girl-group singer came onto the stage after hearing she was featured in Teen magazine.

sheepeople

People who immitate the behavior of sheep. Sheepeople harmlessly pass their time in grasslands away, while only dimly aware of a certain unease in the air. They pretend there are dangers that aren't real because they are meek and obedient and will follow their leader down the path of self-destruction.

As a sheepeople, I do what everybody else does (without a conscious thought about it).
