Schplort

The world used to describe the sound of a very large zit or boil suddenly erupting in a blast of sticky cheese, pus and blood.

We weren't sure if the thing coming out of Billy's neck was a second head or a really big zit until we heard a loud, sickening 'schplort' while standing outside the locker room.
