Get the schvinky mug.Also known as scheming szn, and can also be referred to as Fielding season. Scheming season starts around late May- June, soon after cuffing season is over. Scheming season is basically when large amounts of couples break up, likely so they can scheme a.k.a get with other people over the summer months. Everyone wants to be in a secure relationship during the cold months and have someone for Christmas, Valentine’s Day, etc... but as soon as the summer season hits, it’s scheming szn and everyone wants to party and hook up with people.
“Dude did you hear that Matt broke up with Emily?”
“Yeah dude, I saw it coming; it’s scheming szn”
Cuffing Season is the time of year when people couple off to combat the cold and loneliness. When parsed down, it is simply a social construct, partly manufactured from holiday stress and partly biological, that pushes single people into relationships for the winter months.
