They do nothing and have no regard for anyone in their path. They live in a vacuum and just drift about, going where the laws of physics send them while relying on natural occurrence to get from point A to point B. They sit idly collecting mass from everything that gets caught in their gravity. very very few are complex life supporting Earth's. Most are Uranus or Myanus or some other kind of Anus.
You'll never get them to do their job because they're planetary people and just need the seat that they occupy.
