The bands of the oshare kei genre, unlike those of visual kei, are bouncy and bright, their songs focusing on happy and positive messages like friends and relationships. Their style is colorful and vibrant, sometimes similar to decora, but usually much more toned down. Other than occasional eyeliner and colored contacts, they rarely wear alot of makeup, also unlike the visual kei genre. Oshare kei started to appear around 2001, and was said to have been started by Ryo of Baroque in their PV "Anakuro Film".
Kra, Ancafe, Irokui, Panic*CH, HeaRt, Ichigo69, Vinett, Lolita23q, Shelly Trip Realize, Charlotte, Clavier and bis are examples of oshare kei bands.

It is a small, blue-and-white Sea Otter Pokémon with a detachable scallop on its chest (called a "Scalchop") that is made of keratin (the same stuff that is found in hair and nails) and is used as a sword. Its name may be a combination of ocean, shell, water, and otter, as well a reference to the Canadian city of Oshawa.
It was the least popular of the Unova Starters when it was first revealed, well behind that of Snivy and Tepig, and it was initially seen as a bastard child of a Piplup and a Bidoof. It was also given the rather unimaginative fan nickname "Wotter" before it received its official International/English name. However, it gained better reception after its evolutions Dewott and Samurott were revealed and gained further popularity after Pokémon Black and White were released.

It is notable because it has the highest homeless rate in the world with 50% of the population being homeless! 49% of the population owns houses, because they sell drugs to to homeless ones, and 1% of the population is getting stabbed, right now. There is always 1% of the population of South Oshawa that is getting stabbed.
