The act of creating a new feature or product without management's knowledge or consent.

Usually in response to customer feedback that management ignored.

Bob: Geez Sue! This customer has a really great idea for our product, but I can't get our product manager to put it on our roadmap.

Sue: No problem Bob. We'll pad time on a another feature and ninjaneer it. They'll never know the difference.

ninjanerd

A ninja who is in touch with his nerdy side. You cannot have a female ninjanerd, only male, although they may have feminine characteristics. Used to insult a person who believes he's a ninjanerd, but is a nerd at the same time, the nerd part using the computer freqeuently, the ninja part being stealthy.

"Hah, I am a ninja! But I love downloading this anime and using the computer and chatting on IRC"
