A way of referring to someone who is a real pain in the ass. This expression can be used for anyone as long as they are annoying you. The words 'dick' and 'monkey' must be separated in some way (usually by a space) and cannot be one word. The word 'monkey' comes from the constant child-like behavior from a Dick Monkey.
