Lunatard

A lunatic with retardation. The word usually applies to drivers. The word that comes to you while watching a driver in Washington or California stop the entire flow of traffic to let someone out of a parking lot. Or a driver that gets into the right lane from behind you only to cut you off because they had to turn left.

That lunatard just cut me off and almost caused an accident!

Drivers who, when there are two turn lanes for the same turning direction available, fill up only one of the two turn lanes, thereby making turning impossible for everyone who needs to turn while the light is still green - or yellow.

I had to turn left to get to Target, and all these lanetarded people choked up the turn lanes and forced me to drive on the median to make the light!
