Noun: An individual who is incapable of acting rationally due to mental illness, usually accompanied by overt bizarre behavior. Usually used humorously or informally.

Adj: Behavior that is manifestly irrational and disturbing to others

Lunatical

A adjective used to describe a mood or condition of the mind that's a mix of manical and lunatic. Ignorance and brilliance combined into one with a side dish of crazy. You are not allowed to run with sissors or have a firearm card. It's a fun state to be in. You crack yourself up!
