Short for Liberals and Conservatives. A Libby is a derogatory term for someone who preaches non stop about social issues without having a clue what they are talking about. A Connie, on the other hand, is an insulting term for someone whose head is still up BushSr./Reagan/Nixon/W's buttcrack.

A popular nickname for Oakland, California, inspired by the name of its current mayor.

Any county, city or township that ineffectually employs utopian ideals or idealistic policies to address dystopian problems.

I ran three consecutive stop signs after peeling donuts in a sideshow. A nearby cop who saw me was too busy to do anything. Later, I lit a cigarette in a food court garden and was cited. I guess our town is becoming another Libbyland.

Libby is extremely and has a wide imagination, she loves books and caring for others. Her family mean the most to her and she will do anything to protect them. She never fails to put a smile on someones face whenever she is around. She loves animals and can get very attached, she tries hard in school and everything she does to succeed in what she wants.

She’s extremely pretty and her face is in a constant smile, she’s an independent and strong woman with big life goals. She rarely gets a crush and likes being with her friends, but when she crushes on someone she won’t stop going on about it, she tends to crush more on celebrities then the people around her. She loves movie and series and can easily become obssessed with one and everyone will here about it then.

Overall, Libby is strong, independent, funny and adorable and you’re extremely lucky if you have a friend like Libby.
