The action of replacing an idea/concept/work with another idea (usually because the fresh idea seems better/more appealing).
The word is usually seen as negative action, as it means replacing existing work, and it could be a worse idea.
The word does not entail the action of adding new a idea/concept/work, but suggesting replacing it.
Latifing also cannot occur in the conceptual stages of the project. It requires for there to be existing work to be overhauled.

The process of having foodstuffs placed on your body, specifically your genitals, by a group of friends.
Latifing Sebastian was super fun last night, did you see how the egg dripped off his genitals after we rubbed it in?

Abdul Latif, a type of guy who is extremely self centred and doesn't care for anyone but is extremely intelligent and cunning no one can fool him but he can fool anyone, everything he does is to benefit himself the only thing he cares for is himself and money, he can seduce any women and will look extremely enchanting if works on himself

One of the 99 names of God in Islamic doctrine. It's best English translation is "gentle" or "incredibly gentle". In modern Arab and Muslim (and Arabized and Islamicized cultures) contexts, "ya Latif!" (Oh gentle one!) Is used as a declaration in some places that's kind of like "oh my god". However, it is specifically used when witnessing or experiencing something difficult, painful, or frightening. It can represent seeking refuge in the ultimate/god, but is also used firguratively by secular people.
