an idiotager is so named because kids in that age range, (with very few exceptions) nowadays, don't behave like brats anymore- and therefore can't be called bratagers either- but do behave like idiots (BEHAVING LIKE an idiot IS NOT synonymous with BEING an idiot), repeating the mistakes of previous generations in terms of re-inventing sex, drugs, styles, rock-n-roll.
