1. Chemically altered mindstate in which you have drank or done so many drugs you cant feel your face. Or refer to your face as a facey face equals domefaced

2. Out of body experienced induced by high levels of drug presence in one's body.

I was so domefaced last night at that party, i made out with his cat and puked all over after smoking 5 bongs and drinking a handle...of tequila.

This person may have started as a friend but they have become so much more. This is your favorite person. The person you looked forward to seeing and talking to everyday.
