She and Billie Joe were married on July 2, 1994 in a backyard ceremony but spent their wedding night at the Claremont Hotel in Berkeley, CA. They found out that she was already carrying their first child the next day. Joseph (Joey) Marciano Armstrong was born on February 28, 1995 and their second child, Jakob Danger Armstrong, was born on September 12, 1998. The many references to The Class of '13 on their 21st Century Breakdown album refer to Joey's graduation from high school in 2013. Billie Joe has said many times that Adrienne (or Adie as he calls her) is the only woman he will ever love, their almost 19 years of marriage are a testament to that love. She opened an environmentally sound boutique on College Ave. in Oakland with Jamie Kidson and runs Adeline Records with her husband.
Adrienne Armstrong remains dedicated to her husband, Billie Joe, regardless of his admitted dependence on alcohol and prescription drugs.
