Get the whiskey cleansemug. To eradicate cell phone emails, texting, social networking (Facebook, Twitter) and only use email only from laptop or desktop computers. No visiting entertainment or gossip sights either for 7 days. All too purge useless information from an already overstuffed brain.
Wow I feel so much better after my 'digital cleanse' and had so much free time, much more effective that colon cleansing, i must say.
