a Chuchy is a person who obviously has a problem. He will just stare at you for no reason clutching his testes shouting Chuchy in his high pitched voice. He is generally a piece. Often referred to as Touchy Chuchy.

Girl 1: saw you talking to that guy earlier
Girl 2: yeah he just came over to me randomly, he seems a bit Chuchy.
Girl 1: yeah i see what you mean, deffinatly very Chuchy.
