A Mexican, athletic young lady that is kind to everyone. She generally has long brown hair, and brown eyes. A really fun person to be with, but is usually affiliated with a cartel or the Mexican Mafia. As soon as she looks at a person, she is already contemplating how to incorporate them into the service of the drug lords. Usually has a lisp and likes to call guys Phteven.

It is referring to the New Zealand homewares store Briscoes, and the fact that they have a sale almost everyday, and that it would be very unlikely for there not to be one. The iconic Briscoes Lady often presents these sales on TV.
