Term used to describe one who is of African American, Chinese, and Filipino descent. Hence the usage, Black(african american) inese(chinese) ipino(filipino). All three races must be attributed to one person, giving him/her an exotic, yet gangster, visage and attitude. One may find this race particularly attractive and appealing to the eye.
