an insult similar in meaning to "bitch" and "bastard". Usually referring to a female, but can also be used to refer to a male.

Johnny: "Dan's gf made him see "Divine Secrets of the Ya Ya Sisterhood" on opening night with her."
Timmy: "Man, she's such a bitchastard!"
