A combination of the prefix "astro-" and suffix "-philic" that directly correlates to "love of the celestial body." Essentially, astrophilic is an extremely positive adjective that describes an other-worldly love/appreciation for something.

An individual who is usually associated with space or stars in a way, they’re typically quiet to many, but can be loud to a select few. They often has trust issues with others, but mostly themselves, so they tend to not tell exact truth. They’re known to be more kind than they should, and often let people get the best of them. They typically hang around people who are willing to listen and care for them, while they may not show it, they enjoy being pampered.

Person 1: You know, Alex kinda reminds me of an astrul.
Person 2: Hmm, I see what you mean, they do act like an astrul a lot.
