That viral was so obviously staged; I hate it when companies start asstroturfing.

Combination of "asshole" and "customer." A customer who is a complete asshole to an employee(s) and/or a customer who messes up a lot of the store's product, especially when they see it's just been fixed and made to look nice.

Employee 1: "Damn customer just messed up all the shirts I just folded"
