A disrespectful and rude child. Used by older people to refer to much younger.

The whippersnapper ran right by me and almost knocked me over.

Whippersnapper

General derogatory term used by old people to refer to children as way too carefree and chaotic compared to their own childhood. The name comes from the famous painting 'Snap the Whip', depicting children running through a grassy field.

"Back in my day, kids got the newspaper themselves, now they're all just mean and rude, like you, ya' whippersnapper!"

"Apperantly, his grandfather just called him a 'whippersnapper'. What an mean old hobo."

whippits

(noun) Whippits are small metallic containers of nitrous oxide(laughing gas) intended for home use in whipped cream charging bottles. However, using a "cracker" and a large balloon, the user can open the whippit and release the gas into the balloon. The user then inhales the contents of the balloon for an amazingly intense, immediate, but albeit a short-term body and mind high. Typically referred to as "hippie crack". Sold in boxes of 12 or 24 in most headshops. Have fun!

Sopapilla Whippits

When you first bite into a sopapilla and you get a hot blast of greasy cinnamon air. It does get you a little high.

My favorite part of going to Casa Bonita, is taking in some fresh Sopapilla Whippits. And then going to Black Bart's cave.

The huff of nitrous oxide (NO) left in a carefully managed can of Reddi Wip after all the cream is gone.

Whipped-cream-in-a-can is propelled by nitrous oxide. This usage is the source of the term "whippet". The term has come to refer to any little canister that'll give you a hit of NO.

Sure I'll pass the Reddi Wip, but save me the whippet.
