Another one of the many well-deserved nicknames for Vladimir Putin, the deranged, self-appointed ex-KGB Dictator who is best known for waging war and poisoning his own disobedient citizens.

The Russians have been attempting to dethrone Putie the Warmonger for a very long time but since the right assassin has not come along at the right time yet, he continues to wreak havoc all around the world.

By their view, it can't be the sun variance, natural cycles, or any other reason, and thus we must all abandon our technology and worship Gaia.
