1.) What many citizens forgot they didn't do when complaining about the government.

2.) Although everyone is granted the right to an opinion, this is the only place where it really matters (or anybody will care).

The section of urban dictionary you go to read dumb people trying to get their names published. Usually an embelishment of how they actually are.

For example: "Daquan: a really sweet nice guy who has the biggest dick and has more money then hoes and is loyal and loving and NOT a wife beater"

Dude the vote section sucks ass. Its full of annoying 12 year old black chicks trying to get their names in. Even though they'll never get looked up unless its by them.
