Final Fantasy VII

A RPG released in 1997, it caused the N64 to loose the console war. It was regarded as either the best game ever, or the most over-rated game. I personally feel it's a perfect game, but each to their own.

Final Fantasy VII

Belived by a great amount of gamers to be one of the best games ever made. Having a deep and involving storyline, dynamic charecters, and a awesome musical score, FF7 was largely responsible for raising RPGs to the level of popularity it has today.

Me: Final Fantasy VII melts your face off!
Flamer: I hate it, and Im mad because everyone else likes it.

Final Fantasy VII

One of the best games ever, and it even has a prequel that just came out today called Crisis Core for the PSP. If only there were as much fans of it where I live as there is elsewhere...

Classmate: "Hey Teevo, have you been playing any Halo 3?"

Me: "No, I've been playing Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core"

Classmate: "What? Hmm, never heard of it. Sounds like an unknown game series."

Me: "No one here understands how good the Final Fantasy franchise is!"

Final Fantasy VII

This game is kick ass. This game took normal RPGS and said fuck you, and singlehandedly did everything better, launching Sony from “eh it’s cool I guess” to “holy balls”. Cloud makes man and women pass out with a single glazed look, Barrett has a cool gun or smth, everyone thought tifa had some honkers, even though they were pointy af, yuffie was pretty cool, valentine did what cloud did but better, sepiroth did what Valentine did and did it better. It has a petty good story, and solid gameplay, and is also not just for nerds.

Guy 1: the buster sword from Final Fantasy VII is just an unrealistic sword
Guy 2: your lesbian mother saw that sword and instantly got impregnated stfu

Final Fantasy VII Fankids

Pigheaded, ignorant sheep-minded fools who refuse to admit that games have improved in the decade since Final Fantasy VII was released. Worship an overhyped video game because it is fashionable to do so. Also tend to target Final Fantasy VI and VIII as the popularity driven trend of hate.

Any attempt to improve or advance the stale, trite formula of: "Stand in a line, pick fight/magic/Item from a menu and wait.
-Or, moving past interface/designs that only existed due to hardware limitations-
are met with fear, irrational rage, insults and a refusal to accept change or improvement.

Immune to logic, common sense, counter arguments or objective, even handed thought.

Final Fantasy VII fankids want Final Fantasy VII over and over with graphical improvements only. They are also arrogant enough to define the entire series by superficial means like "being turn-based".
Nothing will ever be good enough because they don't want it to be and don't care how ignorant and stupid they look.
