a hip-hop based web forum littered with wanna be MC's and internet producers. Some decent talent floats through these boards, but this is usually overshadowed by the immense shit-talking and tom foolery.

A person who does not live or work in the city but always warns those who do to be careful because it is so dangerous.

Steve is such an urbanophobe. He didn't want us to meet for drinks downtown because he was afraid we'd get mugged.

Someone who creates Urban Dictionary definitions to spite other people in thinly veiled references to them - or who creates a definition in reaction for one created about them.

He Urbanpeeved me as a shamgan so Urbanpeeved him as a skipstercrite. Mine was less funny and full of typos but more insulting.
